When we talk about camping equipment there are a series of essentials that we cannot forget and whose mission is to make our camping comfortable , fun and above all, free of any problem so that our experience is insurmountable .

As it is not always easy to know which camping equipment we cannot forget and which we can easily do without or buy at the destination, in this post we have prepared a checklist so that you do not miss anything.

1. Tents and sleeping bags

If you are going to go camping with a caravan or motorhome , you can do without the tent , if not, it is the essential camping equipment! The tent has to be chosen based on the people who are going to go camping, but also on the time , the temperature and the place where you camp. For example, if you go to a camping, presumably you are not going to spend so much time in it, and you do not eat all the meals inside. Therefore, if you are mainly going to use it to sleep, you can look for smaller stores.

If you are going to cook at the campsite, then the most comfortable thing is that you get a campingaz , kitchen or portable barbecue or with a stove . Many of them come with their set of pans, saucepans and pots , so you will not need to add them to your list and they will fit perfectly with your camping kitchen, increasing safety. Of course, you can’t forget the plates , glasses and cutlery either . As an extra tip, we recommend you bring tuppers and lunch boxesto store food. This way, you will ensure that they are kept in perfect condition while keeping bugs and bad smells away. Plus, they also serve as a container! A small refrigerator , or one of the   portable ones , will also help you keep everything always perfect and fresh.

Finally, we can not forget the bottles of water , the bags of garbage , lighters and utensils to wash the dishes.

What about food ? Although if you camp at a campsite you probably have a supermarket very close by, some of the foods that you can take camping with you, easy to keep and that will save you from more than one trouble are, for example, the following: cold cuts and sausages , some pieces of fruit , food canned ; such as legumes, some fish or meat, jams, sauces, canned fruit … Pasta and rice , milk in powder , packet soups and other dehydrated foods are easy to cook and store. The shakes andIndividual juices are also a good option. Of course, don’t forget the basics like salt, sugar, or coffee.

3. Hygiene products

As for the hygiene products, the camping equipment that you will need is basically the same that you would need for any other getaway and the occasional extra. Soap and shampoo , towels , toothbrush and toothpaste teeth , comb , bathing suit and flip flops , hair dryer, toilet paper … If you camp in a campground, have showers and electricity available as well as bathrooms. If not, in any specialized store you will find everything from showers to portable toilets.

4. The survival kit!
